Volante Farms is a welcoming, neighborhood classic farm. Along with selling fresh produce that they grow on-site, they also offer a seasonal ice cream window, deli, bakery, butcher shop, as well as a craft beer and wine shop. Echo Bridge
If you find yourself wanting to explore the outdoors around Needham, be sure to check out Echo Bridge, located along the Charles River within the Hemlock Gorge Reservation. Echo Bridge was built in 1876 and is part of the 16-mile Sudbury Aqueduct from Framingham to the Chestnut Hill Reservoir. Walk along the bridge for beautiful views and kids will love to find the staircase leading to a platform in the arch, where kids can listen for echoes, the bridge’s namesake.
