This location is centered in the heart of the village of West Newton in the First Unitarian Society building.
Our School
Located on the corner of Washington St. and Highland Ave., the Unitarian Society offers us a beautiful historic building with a huge fenced and well-equipped playground. We also have the unique advantage of the use of the parish hall for our indoor gross motor room, as well as a fabulous cook’s kitchen that is used weekly to offer the children an exciting extended curriculum.
Our Director
Britni Raymond
My name is Britni Raymond and I have been at Pine Village for eight years. During this time I have had the opportunity to teach in both the Toddler and PreK classrooms. I started my role as Director in West Newton in 2017.
A little a bit about myself...
My family originates from Guatemala. I was born and raised in Boston, Mass. After graduating high school I attended and graduated from Mount Ida College with a Bachelor’s degree in Child Development. My husband and I reside in Waltham, Mass. with our five-year-old son and three-year-old daughter. We love to travel, and spend time with friends and family. Our family values are instilled in our faith, love, respect and honesty.
Overall, I am so thrilled to be a part of the Pine Village Family. I look forward to working with such an amazing group of children, parents, and staff every day!
