Our school in Needham is a fabulous and spacious facility.
With two large, light-filled preschool rooms for our 3-5 year-olds, this facility also has an open and airy toddler space for busy 2-year-olds. Conveniently located on the Newton/Needham border, our Needham school is just off Highland Ave and Rte. 95. We are close to the beautiful Charles River Walk and have our own on-site playground right outside the front door.

Our Director
Lucy Codoceo
My name is Lucila Codoceo, and I am pleased to be the Director of PVP Needham.
Preschool years are an important time in your child’s education, a time to develop love for learning and discover a new language. My priority as director is to lead your child to explore and learn freely from every experience provided. I also believe every play situation is a great learning opportunity, and therefore aim to create a positive, warm and respectful environment in which everyone feels comfortable and safe. I am committed to making your child’s preschool experience a great time full of fun, love and development.
I have been teaching preschool children for fifteen years and teaching Spanish as a second language since 2010. In Chile I received my bachelor degree in early childhood education, and later in the United States I enriched my knowledge in the field with several training courses and certifications, including my Massachusetts teaching license. I was born in Antofagasta, Chile and moved to United States in 2010. My favorite hobbies are reading books and going to the movies, and I love animals. Most of all, I love children and my work is my passion. I know how important and special your child is. In my role as director I support your child’s teachers, build your parent/teacher relationship and, most of all, help your child grow.
For me it is important to create a sense of community and provide a variety of learning experiences throughout their time at PVP. It is important for your child to develop socially, emotionally, cognitively and physically. All of this can be accomplished by providing a rich curriculum focused in your child needs and interests and through play activities. I look forward to support and guide the teachers through this journey, full of learning and love. Together we will work as a team and make this an enjoyable and meaningful experience for your child.
