We are so very happy to be taking part in the Mexican Independence Festival in September. Details below:
The Mexican Patriotic Festivities Committee and Veronica Robles Cultural Center (VROCC) present “El Grito” on Saturday, Sept 12 from 6pm-12am at the Reggie Lewis Track and Athletic Center at Roxbury Community College. Come celebrate Mexico’s Independence with Mariachi, Folkloric dances, & delicious tacos (cash bar).
6 pm- 8:30 pm: Family celebration and children activities
9 pm: “El Grito” Ceremony presented by Consul General of Mexico in Boston
9 pm – 12 AM: DJ
Tickets are available at www.vrocc.org.http://www.vrocc.org. Adults are $12 (before event)/$15 (at the door); free entrance to children under 10.
