This giveaway is open for submissions on-site at the PVP – Needham Spring Event on 4/13/2024, and closes on 4/13/2024 at 12:00AM.

Preferred location and start date is subject to availability.
Winner must register and start care before July 31, 2024.
Winner will be selected and contacted via email to claim their prize.
Winners will have 7 days after they are contacted via email to claim their prize.
